Hey sibs and other Daly klan members! It is fun to reread the old blogs and it is sad we all stopped blogging. I think we should give it a go again. It is so much more personal then the tweets and snipits we get on facebook. PLUS it is so easy to go way back and look at family stuff without sifting through hundreds of friends post also. So who is with on this now?

Hello all, it is Saturday morning and I am up early (surprise surprise) after a great evening with friends at El Tequila. Without Bill here I had no one to talk to when got home so was in bed asleep by 8. I plan to go paint at Jim's house, get my hair done, and pack for the sugery trip to Dallas today. I just wanted to say good morning and I love you all!

Well hello out there, Ainslie wote on my facebook wall to go read the old blog (this one), that Mom was such a funny lady. So, I came here and reread the entire thing. It is so hard to believe all that has happened since we all quit blogging. It is also hard to believe how active and vibrant our mother was then. Everything was written before her diagnosis I think and it made me miss the mom I loved so much before she became the sick mom that I also loved. My grief has been focused on the sick mom and the mom that I remembered from my childhood. I had almost forgotten the Mom that came out of her grief at the loss of Dad and became such a gad about. She was so active and happy doing all the things she loved. I think in her honor we need to return to the blog. It is amazing how our history is recorded here. Jim turning 50, the birth of Wes, Kelly teacher of the year, Mom's trip to California by hersef, Remodel of Brian's house, the heartbreak of putting Beags down. So much record...

Family, n one is posting. It has been 8 months! Carol we really enjoyed your visit. It gives us all reason to get together. We don't make enough time for family otherwise. Dee love your blogs! The pictures are fabulous and the kids are adorable! Don't know how you find time to do all the cooking AND enjoy your kids so much. Love u all! Char
